The National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Health Benefit Plan,
originally established for letter carriers in 1950, became a member of
the Federal
Employees Health Benefit Program (FEHBP) in 1960. Since that time,
we have grown in numbers, matured and taken our rightful place as one
of the most respected plans in today's health care market.
